Delete Your Data

1. Contact us using the details below, from the email address or phone number you used with us.
2. Tell us you would like your data deleted, and which name, email or phone number it is under.
3. We may ask you to confirm it is you before we delete anything, so that nobody else can remove your data.

• Your account, including your name, email, phone number and saved sign-in with Google.
• Your delivery addresses and any WhatsApp conversation details we hold.

We will do this within 30 days. We stop sending you WhatsApp updates as soon as you ask.

The law requires us to keep basic records of orders and payments (for example invoices and tax records) for a number of years. Where we must keep these, we keep only what is required and remove your name and contact details wherever the law allows.

You can also remove this site's access to your Google account yourself at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. This does not delete your account with us, so please contact us as well if you want your data deleted.
