Privacy Policy

Account details. Your name, email address and phone number, and a password if you create an account with email. Passwords are stored only in scrambled (hashed) form and we cannot read them.

Sign in with Google. If you choose “Continue with Google”, Google shares your name, email address and a unique Google account identifier with us. We do not receive your Google password, and we do not access your contacts, Gmail, Drive, calendar or any other Google data.

Order details. Delivery name, address, phone number, email, the items you order, the amount and your chosen payment method.

Technical information. A small session cookie that keeps you signed in, and basic technical data such as browser type and IP address that our hosting provider records to keep the site secure and working.

• To create and secure your account and to sign you in.
• To process, pack, deliver and support your orders, including contacting you about them by phone, WhatsApp or email.
• To show your order history in your account.
• To prevent fraud and abuse and to keep the website safe.
• To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising by third parties.

We share information only where needed to run the shop:

• Delivery partners, who receive your name, address and phone number to deliver your order.
• Payment providers, when you pay online, to process the payment.
• Service providers that host the website and store our data (Vercel for hosting and Supabase for the database). They process data only on our behalf.
• Authorities, if the law requires it.

We use only the cookies needed for the site to work, mainly the one that keeps you signed in. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. If you sign in with Google, Google may set its own cookies on its sign-in button under its own privacy policy.

We keep account and order records for as long as your account is active and as long as the law requires us to keep business records. Data is stored in a protected database, transmitted over encrypted connections and accessible only to authorised staff.

You may ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to close your account, by contacting us. We will act on your request unless we must keep certain records by law. You can also remove this site’s access to your Google account at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Our shop is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
