You must give correct information when you create an account or place an order, and keep your sign-in details safe. You are responsible for activity under your account. Please do not misuse the site, attempt to break its security or place orders you do not intend to pay for.

We take care to describe our rice, grams and oils accurately. Photos are illustrative, and natural products can vary slightly from harvest to harvest. Prices are in Indian rupees and may change without notice; the price shown when you place your order is the price you pay. Offers and coupon codes have their own conditions and may be withdrawn or limited in use.

An order is confirmed when we accept it and tell you so. We may cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock or the delivery address cannot be served, and we will refund anything you have paid for it.

We deliver to the address you provide. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by weather, transport or other events outside our control. Please make sure someone is available to receive the order.

If an item arrives damaged, wrong or unfit for use, please contact us promptly, ideally within 48 hours of delivery and with a photo, and we will replace it or refund you. Because these are food products, we cannot accept returns of opened items that have no fault.

We are responsible for the products we sell being as described. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, or for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Indian consumer law.

We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
